Pedregal

Built on the rocky granite hills surrounding Cabo San Lucas, Pedregal is where it all began. This coveted, expertly planned gated community with pristine Pacific beaches and incredible views of Cabo San Lucas and Land’s End, proved a sure path to success since the early days. Established in the 1970s, it quickly became known as  Cabo San Lucas’ premier luxury location. 

Today, Pedregal is one of  Cabo´s most prominent developments. Built on rugged plots, many of the incredible villas seem to cling to cliffs and defy gravity in displays of seemingly impossible architecture. 

Pedregal also has the only privately owned tunnel in all of Mexico. The tunnel leads to a luxury resort called The Resort at Pedregal, located on a secluded beach.
