Carlos L. Tinoco was born in Puebla, Pue. Mexico, there he studied and developed the Marketing department for Volkswagen Leasing, then worked as International Sales Manager in Tubacero, welded steel pipe factory in Monterrey, Mexico, then as sales manager in Granitos Naturales, a natural granite and marble factory, his main market was Texas, U.S.A. In 1994 he was hired by Banca Serfin to make a marketing plan and sales project for the condominium development Misiones de San Jose in San Jose del Cabo. Since then, he decided this was the ideal place to live and stayed working in sales of condos for such development. From 1999 till 2004 he was the administrator of the HOA of Club La Costa also in San Jose. Finally he decided that he was missing the challenge of Real Estate sales and joined Baja Properties, which he knew was the most professional and successful company in Los Cabos. Since 1995 till today he travels to the United States and Canada every year to visit friends, clients and relatives. With all this trips, he has learned the needs and dreams of North American citizens, and working to fulfill such dreams.
